   Do you gain weight in winter?


Many people eat more at this time of the year because they are bored and less active. The longer nights may encourage some to spend more hours sat mindlessly in front of the TV and for others the change in seasons have a marker negative effect on their mood (commonly kown as SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder). Winter exercise is the most beneficial way to combat these problems but take care to dress accordingly, fuel your bodies well, and avoid dehydration.
