David Southby

David's sporting achievements during his life long dedication to Martial Arts makes impressive reading. Representing his country in the British Olympic Judo team for a period of 10 years, David has taken two Commonwealth Gold medals and won numerous international competitions.

His philosophy of a balanced lifestyle and determination to achieve results has influenced many of his clients to accomplish their goals.

Tony Begovich
Tony joins us from New Zealand where he achieved a BSc in Sports Management. After gaining invauable experience working as a personal trainer in Auckland he relocated to Cambridge where he has secured a position for himself in the first team at Shelford Rugby Club. Tony also had the great honour of earning two caps playing for Croatia.

Rob Cousins
Rob is experienced in several martial arts including Judo, Kung Fu and Gao Style Ba Gua and is an assistant coach at two Eastern Area clubs. He is also a fully qualified and very experienced acupuncturist and it is this clinical background which gives him a greater understanding when training clients with medical conditions which affect their physical abilities.

Ed Richens
Ed is a highly qualified Personal Trainer, constantly up skilling. He is currently studying sports and remedial massage. Ed has a wide range of training techniques, but specialises knowledge of TRX training. He aims to provide clients with fun training sessions and sound advice, to make sure they achieve their goals in the most exciting and effective way. Although he has an interest in a wide range of sports, his main passion is football and he is currently playing for a team in the Kershaw premier division.
