At this centre we are highly qualified in the care of individuals recovering fron illness or injury and we are fully registered on the GP Referral Programme. This means that you will be working in a safe environment where your blood pressure will be monitored and any physical restrictions will be carefully considered.
We use a range of sophisticated analytical tools to assess your body composition. We establish your current physical state before starting your new exercise regime, as it is necessary to ensure that you are exercising in a safe zone.
