Extreme obstacle course will challenge the toughest amongst you, while at the same time, cater for different levels of fitness.
• Speed, Agility & Quickness – Also known as SAQ training.
This session has drills to develop speed, agility and quickness in a range of fun and creative ways, using ladders, cones and odd shaped balls.
• Garage Workout
This session is based around using equipment that you could find in your garage, such as, sledge hammers, ropes, and car/ tractor tyres to be used in a challenging training routine.
A great way to relieve stress, get fit and learn proper boxing technique. Pair up with a partner and offload your frustrations, receiving all the benefits of boxing without any of the black eyes.

Work together as a collective team to overcome mental and physical challenges and activities based around problem solving and communication.
