Team Building Challenge Options

Martial Arts Experience
A low Impact session, which involves learning the fundamental moves and step patterns, with the physicality.

Military Style Training
A range of different movements based around the principles of military training, crawl, duck and drive through the obstacles in front of you

Spartans Challenge
Extreme obstacle course will challenge the toughest amongst you, while at the same time, cater for different levels of fitness.

Speed, Agility & Quickness – Also known as SAQ training.
This session has drills to develop speed, agility and quickness in a range of fun and creative ways, using ladders, cones and odd shaped balls.

Garage Workout
This session is based around using equipment that you could find in your garage, such as, sledge hammers, ropes, and car/ tractor tyres to be used in a challenging training routine.

Boxercise
A great way to relieve stress, get fit and learn proper boxing technique. Pair up with a partner and offload your frustrations, receiving all the benefits of boxing without any of the black eyes.

Team Based Challenge
Work together as a collective team to overcome mental and physical challenges and activities based around problem solving and communication.

Pilates, Core Stability and Posture
This module is focused towards improving posture and building strong core muscles to prevent back pain which is common in the work base.

Self Defence
Teaching you to protect yourself in dangerous situations. Giving you the knowledge to prevent becoming a victim. Tackle problems, such as, Date Rape and Physical Assault.

Intro to Judo
Led by a former Commonwealth Champion and Olympian Dave Southby. This session demonstrates how judo methods can be transferred to other sports, while teaching you techniques and disciplines that are within the sport, in a friendly environment..

Acroyoga
This form of yoga shows that there is a lot more to yoga than just stretching. Acroyoga can provide challenges to people all different levels of ability, while incorporating working together as a pair or a group.

 • Sculpting, Agility & Flexibility
To develop all round muscle tone and flexibility, while increase your range of movement. This session is ideal for both men and women and can be modified to challenge even the most athletic of you.

Multi-Sport Experience
Introducing you to games you may never have played before and some game that you may have played but with a new twist to even the playing field. A great way to have fun and bond as a team.
